Rabbi Avraham Weiss and followers are protesting against a cross which was (is) standing outside Block 11 at the Auschwitz Nazi concentration camp after the ceremony to remember the 50th anniversary of the liberation in 1995. It is estimated that between 1.1 and 1.5 million Jews, Poles, Roma and others were killed here in the Holocaust between 1940-1945.
