There is so much talk about give the man a chance, give him a chance. We don't need to give the man a chance because the man is not the one who sits upon the chair.
It is Jesus Christ and St. Peter who reflect from heaven down to earth.
This man represents St. Peter in his confession. You are the Christ, the son of the living God. Yes, we hear all of the words being used, but remember that context defines the text. You can use any phrase, any word, but it only has meaning within a context. And what is the context of the modernist man? Man is the context. If you listen to the speech given by this man upon his election as their chief chief shepherd, it sounded as if he were speaking of Christ.
