ZŁA WIADOMOŚĆ DLA POLSKI!!! Paul Ryan, Przewodniczący Izby Reprezentantów Kongresu USA (Speaker of the House) zamierza zawiesić normalnie obowiązującą procedurę kongresową i dopuścić głosowanie nie nad własną ustawą H.R.1226, a nad senacką S.447! Głosowanie może się odbyć już w najbliższy wtorek (24 kwietnia 2018). Stanie się to prawdopodobnie zgodnie ze wskazaniami procedury znanej jako "suspension of the rules" tzn debata może zostać ograniczona do 40 minut i kongresmeni nie będa mogli proponować żadnych zmian tekstu ustawy. Żeby ustawa została zatwierdzona potrzebna będzie większość 2/3 wszystkich głosów, żeby stała się prawem będzie musiała być również podpisana przez Prezydenta Stanów Zjednoczonych.

BAD NEWS FOR POLAND !!! Paul Ryan, Speaker of the House of Representatives, intends to suspend the usual congressional procedures and allow voting not on his own bill H.R.1226, but on the Senate Bill S.447! Voting can take place this Tuesday (April 24, 2018). This vote probably happen under "suspension of the rules", ie the debate may be limited to 40 minutes and congressmen will not be able to propose any amendments. In order for the Bill to be approved, a 2/3 majority of all votes will be required. To become a law the Bill would also have to be signed by the President of the United States.
I ASK ALL OF YOU WHO ARE US CITIZENS TO CALL YOUR REPRESENTATIVES IN THE CONGRESS, AND DEMAND THAT THEY VOTE AGAINST BILL S.447.
