Since the World Health Organization declared a Pandemic on 11 March 2020 our governments have to varying degree enacted draconian measures that have had grave consequences for individuals and the society as a whole and that must be seen to be a serious breach of our fundamental rights as laid down in:
- the UN Declaration of Human Rights
- the Nuremberg Code and the Helsinki Declaration
- the Universal Declaration on Bioethics and Human Rights
We – the signatories of this declaration – find it unacceptable that governments shall continue to pursue policies where healthy citizens – and increasingly our children – are submitted to physical isolation, quarantine and mask mandates based on questionable testing regimes that have to varying degree been implemented in schools, workplaces, hospitals and borders.
We – the signatories of this declaration – find the veritable explosive increase of adverse reactions and deaths from the Covid-19 mass vaccination campaigns in our societies – that now includes children and young people – to be unacceptable.
We – the signatories of this declaration – see the introduction of Covid-19 Passports/Certificates as a instrument to restrict association and movement of our citizens and segregate vaccinated and non-vaccinated as a dangerous and unacceptable precedent.
This declaration was published on 09 December 2021.
