Ministerstwo Rolnictwa nie zamierza zakazywać sprzedaży preparatu Roundup w Polsce. Tego samego, który zdaniem sądu w San Francisco, przyczynił się do rozwoju choroby nowotworowej u obywatela USA
Gdy w mediach pojawiły się informacje o wyroku, który nakazał niemieckiemu Bayerowi wypłatę 80 mln dol. odszkodowania Edwinowi Hardemanowi za wywołanie choroby nowotworowej, zapytaliśmy resort rolnictwa o kroki, które zamierza podjąć. W końcu Roundup produkowany przez koncern jest dostępny także w Polsce, a według ławy przysięgłych, główny składnik preparatu - glifosat - odpowiadał za rozwój choroby.
